That´s the chat tool in the new configuration ! This allows every registered user to open a chat, simply giving it a name. As you did this, your chat will appear on the left upper sidebar where you and others can join it. I did it like this now, cause it wasnt possible to provide a buddy chat function, i am sorry, but there was a problem with the integration of the 2 chat tools. Have fun :)
